This amazing 18ct yellow gold ring has a 10mm chequer board garnet which is 4.6ct in weight. Around the central stone are 4 alternate green demantoid garnets (1ct total) and  4 white diamonds (1.14ct total). The band width is 13mm and features delicate filigree vines & leaf detail.
