Nostalgic Lemon Fizz in a Keg!

The almighty original Lemon soft drink king has entered the room and he's on the right side of tipsy. This kit is an absolute crowd pleaser when paired with VINKA. The first sips will take you back to those hot school days with a lemon icypole in your mouth. Fast track a few weeks later from maturing and you're 

Mix up a KL02899 or a Half Size KL02882  of classic alcoholic Lemonade at home with ease with the fully formulated Impressence Schleppes Hard Lemonade Kit. Simply mix, carbonate and enjoy! 

For best results ensure the beverage is fully carbonated before consuming and allow the keg to condition over 1-2 weeks as the flavour will mellow and improve over time.

For a lower alcohol variant simply add less VINKA Medium Cocktail Base and for a less sweet option simply reduce the white sugar addition.

Schleppes Hard Lemonade VINKA 19L RTK KIt Instructions (ABV 5.80%)
Kit Includes:
1 x KL41966 -
4 x KL41836 -
2 x KL41928 -

Kit Does Not Include: 960g Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

1. Dissolve 960g of White sugar into atleast 2L of hot water, then add it to your KL02899 .
2. Then Add 1 x 5L VINKA Medium Cocktail Base
3. Add 4 x Lemon Lemonade Flavour Shots sachets.
   
4. Top up to 19L with water
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
6. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
7. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to  for regulator pressure and keg temperature).

Kit Includes:
10 x KL37051 -
2 x KL41836 -

Kit Does Not Include: 480g Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

1. Dissolve 480g of White sugar into atleast 1L of hot water, then add it to your  KL02882 
2. Then Add 10 x 250mL VINKA Medium Cocktail Bases
3. Add 2 x Lemon Lemonade Flavour Shots sachets.
   
4. Top up to 9.5L with water
5. Add 2 x FermStop sachets (this step is critical, do not add the Impressence FermStops without having topped up the water)
6. Mix Keg Contents Well. "rolling on it's side is more than sufficient"
7. Carbonate to 2.4 - 2.7 volumes CO2 (Refer to  for regulator pressure and keg temperature).
